Graeme has many years of dedicated yoga practice, and has been teaching for the last 10 years.
Working with Graeme is an effective and efficient way to attend to these individual needs and experience a personalised yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you're new to Yoga, young or older, or returning from injury, Graeme has a clever knack of using various yoga props,  to get you where you want to be.
